I filed a claim with my insurance back in SEPTEMBER of 2021... and they decided to jerk us around after I got in contact with Dyllon. They only wanted to repair two sections of my roof that were clearly far more damaged than they thought. Thankfully we were persistent.. and Dyllon has the patience of a saint and we requested a re-inspection and didn't give up. We provided tons of information, videos and photos and they finally agreed to a full replacement in July of 2022. If it wasn't for Dyllon personally talking to my insurance and working with them to get me what I should have had in the first place, I'd still be waiting! They did a beautiful job and the crew left no stone unturned after they were gone as you'd never know they were there. Thanks again Dyllon and Northeast Roofing Specialists."
